How Our Respiratory Home Medical Equipment Program Works
Home Site Assessment
We provide an initial home safety assessment to determine the equipment that will be needed in the patient’s home, and what will serve them best.
Create Individualized Plan
Our RCPs create a home care plan outlining education and safety for patients and their caregivers. Every case is unique, and every plan matches that.
Training and Assistance
The RCPs train families and caregivers to operate the equipment for the patient, answering questions and facilitating a safe transition home.
Continued Evaluation
We assist the family and caregivers to make sure there has been a smooth transition to home and if there is anything we can do to help in the next phase.
Monthly Follow-Ups
The patient receives monthly supply replenishment and clinical visits by an RCP. We’re here for the long term.
