One aspect of our company that makes us very proud is our commitment to hiring newly-graduated nurses. With our Home Nursing Residency, a unique EMPLOYMENT opportunity for RN’s and LPN’s with less than one year of experience, you will become a trained specialist in providing the best possible care for our adult and pediatric patients.
Alongside other new nurses, you will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in Home Nursing, with an intensive classroom program that includes time spent in the field for educational site visits, as well an all-day ventilator training class (with 7.25 contact hours for your license!).
Upon successful completion, Nurse Residents independently care for patients living at home, with 24-hour clinical support always engaged.
For those who aren’t sure they want to continue a career in home care, our training will have given you the skills you need to instantly move your resume to the front of the line to work in the ICU or ER.
