Carrie Pierce, BS, RRT, RCP
Director of HME Services
Carrie started with Independence Plus in July of 2019 as our Director of HME Services. She is responsible for the daily management of the home medical equipment and respiratory care division. This includes patient services, billing, respiratory therapy, warehouse and purchasing.
Carrie has been an RCP for more than 20 years and has over 10 years of experience as a Clinical Operations Director specializing in successful regulatory compliance, staff development and team-building in various healthcare settings.
She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an Associate of Science in Respiratory Therapy.
