Independence Plus, Inc. licensed clinicians manage all aspects of our home enteral nutrition patients.  Starting with the initial determination of what equipment is needed at home, our clinicians create a plan for home care that is safe, efficient,  and provides everything the patient will need.  We provide the supplement as prescribed, we never try to change your supplement to a less expensive product.  The clinician then instructs all caregivers in the operation of the equipment as prescribed for use.  Once the patient is home, a supply list is given and we contact the caregiver monthly to restock the necessary feeding supplement and related supplies. The correct feeding supplement and supplies are then delivered and any questions answered.  This all adds up to a smooth, safe, home transition for our enteral nutrition patients.
